An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist in eating disorders at Orri, who would be based in our day-care clinic.
In addition to this, you will be expected to be closely involved in discharge planning and immediate follow up from the service user care.
Our Occupational Therapists are expected to manage clients using evidence based and client-centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions which provide clients with the confidence, skills and coping strategies required for independent living. Holds a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy together with a full BVAOT membership and HPC registration.
Previous post registration experience of working with clients who have had an eating disorder or other mental health condition.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Review and reflect on own practice and performance through effective use of professional and operational supervision and appraisal.
Monday to Friday work pattern.
