We have an exciting new Project Assistant role who will join our team at Eddie’s.
This role will be responsible for the technical and administrative aspects involved in the day-to-day operation of the Eddie's Service.

Eddie’s provides a wide range of services across Cambridgeshire for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, and their families and carers. We deliver a number of projects and programmes to help the people we support with increased confidence, more effective social inclusion, improved skills, and reduced financial hardship.
Duties
1. While demonstrating the flexibility to work from home and in office, the Project Assistant will work collaboratively with several of our external partners providing administrative support when required.
2. Support the Eddie’s Service Manager with ad-hoc tasks, including but not limited to invoice processing, petty cash management, expense claims and minute taking.
3. Working with spreadsheets to provide accurate data for both the Service Manager and our external partners.
4. Diary management and event coordination in relation with our external providers.
5. Supporting the Service Manager with networking events and attending when required.
6. Working to timescales and deadlines.
7. Experience of working in healthcare or social care sector would be beneficial but not essential.
The role:
1. Is part time: 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
2. Has a salary of £16,675 per annum (which is £22,448 FTE).
3. Will be offered as a 12 months fixed-term contract.
4. Is suitable for hybrid working and we are happy to discuss any flexible working arrangements.
5. Will be subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks prior to appointment.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you:
1. have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. have good planning, organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
3. are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. have a keen eye for detail and are self-motivated.
5. have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
