Onboarding & Education Consultant
The Relo Metrics O&E team drives knowledge sharing, process optimization, product adoption, and scalable educational initiatives to empower our customers and internal teams. Our Consultants excel in delivering technical and product expertise through demos, e-learning, live trainings, documentation, and implementation support.
In this role, you will serve as a project manager for customer onboarding and implementation in the UK and EU markets (and international as needed) and contribute to the development of ongoing customer education through scalable, innovative training and certification strategies. This role places heavy emphasis on collaboration with our UK team members to deliver appropriate customer experiences that drive platform adoption and time to value. This is a hybrid role located in our London office with an expectation of working 3 days/week in-office.

What You'll be Doing
* Understand Client Goals and Objectives: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and clients to identify key success metrics and client goals that will be tracked and optimized across the client lifecycle.
* Project Management: With a focus on customers in the EMEA market, lead onboarding timelines from initial kick-off to client valuation, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout onboarding, delivering on contractual milestones.
* Self-Serve Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of the curriculum process, ensuring efficient content creation and organization that increases customer self-serve usage. Build scalable processes to maintain, update, and optimize training materials so they remain relevant and impactful.
* Drive Customer Retention: Deliver a seamless first-touch experience that helps customers utilize Relo’s platform to achieve their business goals, ultimately influencing YOY retention.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to understand industry trends and insights, to curate training materials that align with our business goals.
* Tech Platform Certification Educational Journey: Help design and implement a Certification program with scalability in mind, covering onboarding through ever-boarding. Establish a program that equips customers, partners, and employees with the critical skills needed for platform success.
* Content Scalability: Develop scalable methods for introducing new training content and updating existing materials to ensure that our training programs stay current and relevant.
* Certification and Platform Adoption: Analyze training effectiveness and monitor the impact of certifications on platform adoption. Identify areas for optimization, making data-driven recommendations to enhance training processes and overall enablement outcomes that align with annual KPIs.
Qualifications
What You Need to Have:
* 2-4 years relevant in project management and client education
* Experience in a start-up, SaaS environment (dynamic, fast-paced, always evolving), or a similar environment
* Proven ability to manage projects effectively and consistently deliver on time
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze training outcomes and make data-based recommendations
* Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed
* Proven experience optimizing processes or scaling workflows
* Technically Competent - prior onboarding and implementation experience in SaaS and data analytics
* Reliable - you consistently meet deadlines, show up on time, and deliver on your commitments
* Adaptability and problem solver - you are open to change and can adjust to shifting priorities or unexpected challenges. You embrace new technologies and methodologies
* Customer Focused - you prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to meet their needs
* Ability to work across time zones and cater to international markets
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
What Will Make You Stand Out (Nice to Have's):
* Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in technical enablement and certification
* Knowledge of international sports and social media platforms
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools
* Additional languages are a huge bonus!
What's In It For You?
At Relo Metrics, competitive base pay is a part of a total rewards package which also includes benefits and wellness. The reasonable estimated base pay range for this role is from £40,000-£50,000 annually. The actual amount may be higher or lower. Individual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, work location, and labor market conditions.
