Role Overview As a Digital Design Coordinator, you will support the Digital Information Manager and Senior Design Manager in delivering high-quality digital design management services. You will be instrumental in managing the digital design delivery process, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and managing design risks and opportunities from project inception to client handover. Key Responsibilities Implement and enforce companywide BIM standards and procedures on projects. Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive excellence in digital design. Promote engineering efficiencies and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Assist in training and competence development. Attend and record design-related meetings, addressing and resolving issues. Present design strategies and ensure specification compliance. Monitor and report on digital design quality and progress. Assist in the preparation of bids, tenders, and contractor’s proposals. Support in design validation during the construction phase. Aid in the production and approval of as-fitted drawings and handover documentation. Skills and Experience Experience in a digital design discipline and working in a multi-disciplinary construction design environment. Understanding of the digital design process from inception to handover. Knowledge of current Building Regulations and planning processes. Proficiency in BIM, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant industry qualifications (RIBA, ICE, CIOB, EC) and a valid CSCS Card. Degree qualified and working towards Chartered status is desirable. Desirable Attributes Skills in Revit suite 3D, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Experience in high technology or industrial sectors. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
