We have a new vacancy in our Commercial team for a Customer Support Assistant. This role will support the commercial team in building great customer category insight presentations and provide the sales team and customers with high quality analysis and information.
Main responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
1. Carry out office administrative tasks, including packing, posting, printing, binding.
2. Support the development of new and existing products in partnership with Innovation, Commercial & Production teams.
3. Follow Cedo’s internal systems.
4. Provide customer/product portfolio analysis including competitor landscape, as appropriate.
5. Work closely with the Customer Support Managers to carry out local and group projects.
6. Carry out regular store checks.
7. Carry out regular product testing.
8. Collate and analyse sales data to identify trends and patterns.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Experience of interfacing effectively with internal and external customers.
3. Excellent team working skills.
4. Proven experience of managing multiple tasks efficiently through to completion.
5. Competent using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
6. Able to work using own initiative.
7. Current, valid driving licence.
8. Previous marketing/product development experience within an FMCG organisation is desirable for this role.
