Rent and Service Charge Manager (Accountant)
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a permanent Rent and Service Charge Manager (Accountant) position at a housing association in the West Midlands.
The Rent and Service Charge Manager will lead rent setting and service charge calculations, ensuring full compliance with regulations, and liaise with customers on queries. You will also oversee leaseholder administration, major works charging, manage insurance claims and settlements, and act as the main contact for brokers. Additionally, you will lead internal audits and report to senior management while managing and mentoring a small team.
Key responsibilities:
