Ideally you’ll have experience managing pubs and a creative mind to help deliver a great service. Duties Manage and oversee the venue operation Deliver superior guest experiences Plan and develop overall strategy Entrepreneurial drive with a clear understanding of the current market Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sale Control costs and minimise waste Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions when required Required Skills Three years minimum of management experience Experience in General management of pubs Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Critical thinker and problem solver Good Financial management skills Please get in contact when possible if you would like to apply for a GM role
