Requirements as a Successful Quantity Surveyor
1. Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
2. Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
5. Have a full UK driving license and a car.
Responsibilities as a Successful Quantity Surveyor
1. Delivery of projects.
2. Pre and Post contract services.
3. Manage project coordination and project reporting.
4. Attend site inspections and site meetings.
5. Attend and minute project meetings.
6. Administer Contracts.
7. Procure services and works on behalf of our Clients and projects.
8. Support to junior member of the team and senior staff.
