Unlike the mainland, they also have a new non case holding specialist edge of care team. Furthermore, the authority is going through a strategic change with senior management dedicated to making huge improvements to a service that has acknowledged their previous failings and pledged to make a difference to children and families.
The Social Workers who are working there currently are super supportive and have made similar moves to the Channel Islands, meaning that if you are worried about settling in and feeling lonely, they are super supportive and do many social activities inside and outside of work.
Benefits of this role:
* Lower Tax / 20%
* £3k Relocation package
* £60,000+ Salary Minimum
* Support with the move, you will have advice on moving with support for accommodation

The islands are known for their massive tax benefits, beautiful scenery, and slow pace of life. If this sounds like something you could enjoy, along with the chance to have a huge impact on their children’s services, then reach out to find out more.
