Job Description
To support the Service Manager with contract delivery including quality, people and client.
Demonstrate senior and leadership abilities as maybe required to deputise for service manager during busier periods.
Responsible for the allocation of workloads ensuring contracts are prioritised in line with the project plans.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the processors, conducting monthly one to ones.
Continual improvement of the team. This should include identifying areas of development and working with the senior on how to improve.
Demonstrate exceptional motivational skills.
Must have up to date technical knowledge of the legislation associated with contract delivery, be able to process and quality check work if required.
Must fully understand the detail of the contract/s for which they are responsible.
Maintain excellent attendance levels in line with NEC’s attendance policy.
Maintain an excellent attitude within the Business Centre, acting as an ambassador at all levels, taking on additional duties as and when required.
Available full time between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00.
Qualifications
Revenues experienced
Training and mentoring experience.
Complaints handling experience.
Candidate to be able to work from Hartlepool office hybrid
