We are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join the team responsible for driving business efficiency through adoption of best-in-class business systems, utilizing the latest enhancements to support the rapidly growing scale-up.
This role combines the analysis of key systems that support the effective day to day operation of the business, with the evolution of these systems to meet long term technical goals. In this role, the candidate would have an opportunity to analyse the full end to end ERP, working with key technical stakeholders from the data, product engineering and finance teams.
As part of the business systems team, this role is expected to act as a analytical leader within the team, under the guidance and leadership of the Business Systems Director.
With the evolution of these systems to support the next stage of Exclaimer’s growth still in its early stages; this is an opportunity to contribute towards their long-term technical direction. The preferred candidate will be experienced, able to adapt to change and someone who enjoys working within a dynamic fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing a best practice framework for the team.
* Creating detailed diagrams and documentation to help developers create technical specifications.
* Enhancing existing processes through analytical thinking and problem-solving.
* Collaborating closely within a team to develop solutions that align with the long-term technical vision for business systems.
* Actively seeking ways to improve the performance, quality, and architecture of current solutions.
* Driving continuous improvement within yourself and the team by proposing enhancements to the technology stack and processes.
* Supporting the sharing of knowledge and skills throughout the development team.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
* In-depth experience with CRM and ERP systems.
* Familiarity with the Scrum methodology.
* Proficient in applying analysis and design techniques related to data, enabling the BI team to complete data extracts, feeds, visualizations, and reports for analytical applications.
* Quick to learn new application processes and features.
* Responsible for end-to-end analysis as part of the team.
* Has worked for at least 2 years in a technology environment.
