CRM Manager– B2B We are recruiting a CRM Manager who will play a vital role in the accelerating the growth of our business. Our world class cloud platform, Azyra, is used by 130 freight and logistics companies in 16 countries and has competitive advantages on all fronts – ease of use, flexibility, scalability and very competitive value. Our target market uses a wide variety of legacy systems providing us with unlimited opportunity. We are now recruiting an experienced, hands on, senior CRM executive with good B2B experience to head up our CRM team. Our CRM activity We have a clearly defined target market so our CRM is focused on, Building lists of decision makers in target sector companies, Communicating our key selling points to these decision makers via email and LinkedIn posts, and Establishing our profile as the market leader in the UK through PR, advertising and our website. Role This is very much a hands on role Reporting to our CEO and Managing the New Business Team Coordinate and manage our prospect lists Manage our LinkedIn posts Manage carefully curated email campaigns Manage our press advertising Monitor and manage our Google search advertising Liaise with our PR consultants on placement of articles Liaise with our web designers to curate our content Requirements Ability to work fluently in English 3 years relevant experience in B2B CRM Database skills Excellent organisational skills Strong IT skills Natural team worker 3rd level qualification Lifelong learner Attention to detail combined with imagination Practical approach to real world problems Azyra sells itself Azyra sells itself when staff see how it makes their working day better and management see how smoothly it transforms efficiency, customer service, profitability and cash flow.
