The Advocate Group are proud to be exclusively partnered with the UK's leading home interiors specialists, to support the search for an exceptional leader to join as the Regional Sales Manager, covering London, South East and Home Counties. The business is a pioneer in luxury interior design, producing high-end, quality spec products to install in customer's homes.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for taking over the leadership of a successful sales team, managing 5 high-end showrooms.
Responsibilities:
* Management responsibility for the Showrooms and Sales Designers in your area.
* Supporting on design projects from lead to final product.
* Providing Training, Coaching & Development - Sales and Product.
* Attend Executive Management Meetings.
* Lead Regional Sales Meetings (Approx. 6 per year).
* Personal Sales target.
Requirements
1. Strong track record in sales in the high-end kitchen industry.
2. Experience in designing bespoke home products.
3. Experience in dealing with discerning clients.
4. Able to motivate and develop teams.
5. Full UK driving licens...
