About the role You will develop new and existing business across your regional area, representing Wellocks to the highest standard when servicing the best kitchens across the UK. What you will do: Customer: Sold customer management through nurturing and maintaining effective relationships with regular customer visits. Understand your existing customer’s expectations and always strive for Wellocks to exceed these through effective communication, feedback and working with key stakeholders to maximise opportunities to continually improve our service. Identify opportunities to wow your customers through product insight and proactive NPD pipeline communication. Sales: Ensure sales are maintained with existing customers and AOV and margin targets are achieved. Identify opportunities to increase AOV developing effective plans and targeted approaches by understanding your customers. Build potential new business pipeline through industry networking. Identify new business targets in your region through analytical research that support transport efficiencies and AOV targets. Process: Manage day-to-day account activity effectively and efficiently, responding to queries in a timely manner. Compile weekly reports on relevant business activity and communicate effectively within your peer group. Understand group targets and KPI’s and deliver against these. What you will need: Previous Food Service / Hospitality experience. Passion for food and quality ingredients. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships.
