By combining Rushlift’s expertise in hiring and mobile servicing of equipment with the expertise in GSE of the former American Airlines team, Rushlift GSE is able to offer a comprehensive service across a number of UK airports, offering long-term rental of a comprehensive range of aviation ground support equipment.
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic candidate with commercial awareness to cover analysis and reporting of Rushlift’s financial performance to help management with decision making.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing and interpreting financial information
2. Developing and maintaining internal control mechanisms that minimise financial risk.
3. Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.
4. Review and approve sales in accordance with company policies.
5. Monitoring cash flow.
6. Responsible for Tax reporting and annual audit.
7. Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.
8. Looking for cost-reduction opportunities.
9. Developing relationships with key stakeholders.
10. Analysing and reporting of KPI’s.
11. Support commercial teams in building deals.
12. Support Group Financial Controller with other adhoc tasks as required.
What we are looking for:
1. Part Qualified (Final Stages)/ Qualified ACCA/CIMA or ACA
2. Experience with Business Central is desirable.
3. Thorough understanding of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and required to have knowledge on Pivot tables, Macros and formulas.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
5. Required attention to detail skills.
