The opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Zurich Resilience Solutions as a Risk and Resilience Consultant. Our team comprises multi-disciplinary risk professionals regarded as thought leaders. We focus on understanding organizational drivers and managing multi-dimensional risks, aiming to build long-lasting relationships and deliver excellence. We support Zurich Municipal and wider commercial clients in enterprise-wide risk activities to enhance resilience, longevity, and innovation.
This role suits an experienced risk management professional seeking a challenging and diverse portfolio across enterprise risk management and business continuity, with significant autonomy and support from a high-performing team.
What will you be doing
* Undertaking strategic risk consultancy assignments including report writing and presentations across various projects such as risk identification, risk culture evaluations, development of risk frameworks, sustainability and climate change analysis, and business resiliency.
* Developing internal and external networks to generate project pipelines.
* Enhancing consultancy offerings with new services, approaches, and toolkits.
* Delivering consulting revenue aligned with practice goals.
* Promoting risk management best practices through speaking engagements, thought leadership, and media channels.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in establishing and delivering Enterprise Risk Management or Business Continuity solutions.
* Experience with Public Sector, Housing, Education, Charitable, and Social Organizations is desirable.
* Ability to engage with Senior Leadership to promote risk management benefits.
* Systematic and logical probing skills to identify organizational risk drivers.
* Strong communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
* Creative mindset willing to work outside comfort zones.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Professional certifications such as IRM, BCI are advantageous.
