Due to our continued growth, Aircraft Engineering Services (AES) in association with their client airline Ryanair are recruiting for a Training Standards Administrator to be located at our offices in London Stansted, UK within the Engineering Training department.
Within this job role, you will gain core experience working in a compliance and legislative role in accordance with EASA and national authority regulations. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering industry leading training.
The person will report directly to the Engineering Training Standards Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the Training school meets the demands throughout the Ryanair network.
Duties will include:
· Responsible for checking department handbooks for new PART-145 contracted organisations and administering the PACS of their staff
· Responsible for ensuring that expired PACS for PART-145 contracted staff are deactivated and communicated to their managers
· Responsible for the review and administration of ‘on the job’ training documentation
· Assist the management team in the loading and administration of engineering authorisations
· Responsible for conducting monthly check on PACs issued by QA to ensure all documentation is available on AMOS
· Assist with any other projects defined by the Training Standards Manager
Requirements
· Ideally hold a qualification in Business Administration, or any such equivalent degree
· Previous experience in administrative
· Applicants must be open minded, excited about learning new skills and have a strong work ethic.
· Excellent computer skills, highly conversant on MS Office packages, planning, and scheduling experience a must
· Be an effective communicator
· Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
· Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
· Be able to work on initiative as well as part of the team
· Ability to seek and find solutions to planning problems
· Successful candidate will have proven numeric, administrative and computer skills
