Introduction
We’re looking for a passionate Chef to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home, Court Lodge in Lymington, Hampshire.
You’ll take the lead within our well-equipped kitchen, using your creativity to develop and deliver exciting dishes. Our food complements the luxury surroundings. We use locally sourced fresh produce to provide that home-from-home taste, selected based on resident feedback.
Talking with our residents and understanding their needs, you’ll produce wholesome, well-balanced, and nutritious meals to support their health and wellbeing while tantalising their taste buds!
You’ll lead both the kitchen and waiting staff to deliver a first-class dining experience, inspiring them through development, motivation, creativity, and encouragement, making a difference to our residents’ day, every day.
All shifts finish at 6pm, so you’ll enjoy a good work-life balance!
About You
You’ll have an infectious enthusiasm for your work and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident dining experience. You’ll be a natural communicator, a team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of fun.

We’re an award-winning, family-owned, independent care home group, with an outstanding reputation in the industry. This success is due to our amazing people and our focus on keeping the resident at the heart of everything we do.
