As part of the People and Wellbeing team, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, contributing to key operational initiatives while supporting our Finance, Payroll, and IT teams. What You’ll Do: Support Daily Operations : Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation related to people and wellbeing initiatives. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with different departments, providing administrative support where needed and ensuring smooth operations. Assist Finance and Payroll : Dedicate one day a week to support the Finance and Payroll team with invoice processing, data entry, and report preparation. Work with IT : Collaborate with the IT team to generate and monitor reports, ensuring data is accurate and accessible. Manage Employee Records : Help manage training certificates, employee ID badges, and uniform orders to ensure everything is up to date and available when needed. Support Wellbeing Initiatives : Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement and wellbeing programs, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Event Coordination : Help plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events, ensuring logistics are handled smoothly. Organizational Skills : Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively. Great Communication : Friendly and professional in all interactions, both in writing and in person.
