Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for a Practice Manager to join our growing team. Requirements include Managing the daily office operations and general administration Communicating with clients, partners and suppliers by phone and email including on-boarding new clients. We sometimes still have the odd letter Reporting and updating systems to enable efficient performance management of the business Supporting the Managing Director with HR, marketing and other tasks Previous successful experience in administration and client interaction, ideally within an accounting or financial services environment would be ideal Being an excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport Have a strong attention to detail, self-motivated and results orientated Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to improving efficiencies and workflow You will need strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including report writing and typing skills Role Our Practice Management team is central of the successful operation of the business. In RBCA Practice Management covers: HR; Finance; Compliance; Service Standards; Systems & Tech; Business Development & Marketing; and Operations management. This Practice Manager role will be part of an established team that reports directly to the Managing Director. The role is well developed and offers great opportunities. This role would suit someone who just loves organising and coordinating things and is already in a practice or secretarial role, possibly in a legal firm or other professional services firm.
