The Role: We are looking for the right individuals to join our expanding sales teams to support the new business growth that we have continued to produce throughout 2023. You will be responsible for providing customers with support and solutions to their insurance needs and your duties will primarily be telephone based - you will be attending to inbound client calls, there is no cold calling involved. Successful candidates will be provided with comprehensive training on our products and how to use the computer system and this training can take place either in the office or remotely. No previous sales or insurance experience is required, however good communication skills that could translate to a confident and friendly telephone manner are essential for this position. Previous working from home experience is also not essential, although if this option is your preference, we will discuss whether this is a suitable option for you.
