Logistics People are looking for a Perpetual Inventory with Admin Responsibilities to join our team.
Location: Panattoni Park, Northampton, IFORCE
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
Pay rate: £11.81 - £12.58 P/hr
What does working as an Account Administrator involve?
1. Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate recording, tracking, and organization of incoming and outgoing stock.
2. Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records related to inventory transactions.
3. Stock Movement: Oversee picking and dispatch processes to ensure accuracy and timely product delivery to customers.
4. Receiving and Put-Away: Oversee the intake and storage of goods in accordance with established procedures and Supplier Compliance guidelines.
5. Equipment Handling: Operate and manage Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) as required.
6. Review damaged packaged items and re-pack where necessary.
7. Returns grading and processing.
Skills/Competencies:
1. Communication including both internal and front-facing with the client.
2. Strong Organizational skills.
3. Intermediate Excel.
4. Work on own initiative.
5. Work to deadlines.
6. Accurate & numerate.
7. Punctual.
