Aftersales Manager – Hampshire Area close to Basingstoke
Our client is a busy main dealership looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to run their service department.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations.
2. Review CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction.
3. Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff.
4. Manage, coach, and motivate your team to build long-term staff delight and potential progression.
5. Control costs for the department.
6. Monitor performance against agreed targets/budgets.
7. Control the recruitment process, as required.
8. Perform analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.
9. Review Service KPIs regularly to track/monitor performance and identify trends.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager who is successful in their current position.
2. Ability to be a ‘leader’ of people and an ambassador for the Brand and Dealer group.
3. Demonstrated stable career path.
