We’re looking for a confident and creative Seasonal Pizza Chef to run our outdoor wood-fired pizza operation overlooking the River Wye.
You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving delicious, high-quality pizzas from our two wood-fired pizza ovens, operating as a key part of our summer food offering in our stunning riverside garden.
This is a hands-on, independent role, ideal for someone who is passionate about fresh ingredients, traditional pizza-making techniques, and delivering a consistently great product in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

What You’ll Do:

Take full ownership of the pizza section during service, including the two outdoor wood-fired ovens.

Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings to the highest standards ahead of each shift.
*
Cook pizzas to perfection, maintaining speed and consistency during busy periods.
*
Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards are maintained in your work area.
*
Work closely with the Head Chef to manage produce orders and maintain accurate prep lists.
*
Contribute to menu development with ideas for specials and seasonal offerings.
*
Deliver friendly, efficient service when interacting with guests in the garden setting.
