We are looking for a skilled individual with experience in operating CNC machines, preferably Heller models, to help maintain our high-quality production standards. In this role, you will be responsible for machine operation, monitoring, and quality checking parts to meet strict aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality forged steel components for the aerospace industry. Perform regular quality checks on machined parts to ensure adherence to precise specifications. Monitor machine performance, identify and resolve any issues to maintain efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict safety and quality protocols. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a CNC Operator, ideally with Heller machines. Background in aerospace manufacturing or similar industries preferred. Strong understanding of quality control and inspection processes. Ability to work independently, interpret technical drawings, and follow complex instructions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
