Customer Experience Specialist – Winchester – Hybrid Our client is looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist to spearhead the planning and delivery or the company’s Customer experience project whilst working with key stakeholders to manage the day-to-day progress of the projects, designing and implementing digital solutions to optimise customer experience, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and effectively first time around. Your primary focus will be to lead the induction, planning, supervision, and delivery of multiple projects ensuring they are inside the budget scope and up to the required quality standards. This role will involve developing and sustaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders. A successful candidate will become a pivotal member of the team working collaboratively with staff across the business acting as a digital ambassador by promoting a digital first approach to identify potential opportunities.
