We Make Footballers is a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4-12. Our goal is to help players become the best they can be by developing them individually and mastering the football fundamentals. We strive to deliver service excellence in everything we do, and we set high standards for coaches delivering our programmes. We are recruiting an enthusiastic, ambitious and energetic Football Coach to work across our football and sports programmes at our Watford locations.
Qualifications
* Football Coaching experience (FA Level 2/UEFA C Licence desirable but not essential for the right candidate)
* MUST BE enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about youth development
* Ability to coach players of all levels and ages
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Passionate about Football and willing to stay up to date with the sport
* Strong understanding of coaching techniques and strategies
* Experience working with children, preferably in a sports coaching capacity
