Hales Group are delighted to be recruiting for an Operative for our award-winning client based in Lowestoft.
Our client offers a service for engineering companies, applying specific finishes to the precise needs of their customers, and you will play a crucial role in delivering this quality service.

Your Key Responsibilities for the Operative will be;
* Unpack and inspect parts for finish and damage (incoming).
* Read and follow process instructions from a route card (and drawings) to defined standards/specifications.
* Produce high-quality work in a timely manner, with a clear understanding of the process and your role as part of a team.
* Inspect finished parts and pack them for delivery.
* Maintain accurate records throughout the process.
To be considered for the Operative role you will have;
* The ability to perform manual tasks including moderate lifting and carrying
* Previous experience in an engineering, production, or factory setting ideally
* Ability to commit to learning and personal development in the role
HOURS: 39 hours per week, 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday (plus one in four Fridays 8am-12pm)
PAY: From £11.44 per hour
LOCATION: Lowestoft
TERM: Temporary to Permanent
