The Team & Focus of the Role: Our Infrastructure Services team is expanding, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Market Harborough office. At Fisher German, our customers and clients are central to our operations. Our division supports projects across the UK in sectors such as electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is committed to delivering excellent service to both internal colleagues and external clients. Our team manages multiple complex projects for various clients, each with unique processes and expectations.
This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), with a hybrid working arrangement based in our Market Harborough office. Benefits include:

Key duties include:
1. Providing administrative support within the team and managing land tasks and land entry for utility projects
2. Coordinating with external technical leads, including project managers, survey teams, designers, and contractors
3. Engaging with landowners and occupiers affected by projects
4. Managing project compensation claims and budgeting/financial tasks
5. Collaborating with the land referencing team
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Project management experience (advantageous)
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
