Minimum Requirements:
We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need to be a qualified Contact Lens Optician with prior experience and an excellent understanding of both the optics and audiology customer journeys. You must have excellent listening and communication skills, be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and be a great team worker.
