Education Perfect is searching for contract-based Science Educational Content Editors who will be responsible for transforming and adapting content to be engaging online lessons and assessments that will be hosted on the Education Perfect (EP) learning platform.
The project will commence in mid-March and continue until mid-September. We require a commitment of approximately 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Employment will be contract-based, and payment will be based on deliverable items.
Educational Content Editor Key Responsibilities
* Editing / transforming curriculum-aligned Year 7 to 10 Science content from a script to the EP Platform
* Communicating with a cross-functional team to edit content and publish on our platform
* Meeting quality and effectiveness targets in all tasks
* Managing your project tasks and time via online tools and software
Key Requirements for the Role
* You have relevant experience in editing, publishing or digital content creation
* Proven subject-matter expertise in an area of science
* Experience in instructional design or a background in educational content development
* Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
* Strong attention to detail to ensure our instructional design standards are reached
* Chemistry / Physics experience with equation writing (LaTeX or similar) is preferred but not required
