Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one support to a child with SEN in Year 2, assisting them with their learning and development.
2. Implement personalised learning plans and strategies to meet the child's specific educational requirements.
3. Collaborate effectively with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Utilise your expertise in behavior management techniques to support the child's social and emotional well-being.
5. Monitor and track the child's progress, providing feedback to the relevant stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements:
6. A qualification related to working with children in schools is essential.
7. Proven experience working with SEN children and supporting their learning within a school setting.
8. Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and their impact on learning.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
10. Desirable: Experience with behavior management strategies and techniques.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
