And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of Working across a typical 10mGPB / 80 project portfolio the project controller is a key member of the project team and works directly with the project managers to help define the project's goals and objectives; creating baselines and then maintaining a project's budgets and schedules as they progress. By analyzing progress against plan identifies risks and supports Project Manager mitigations. Supports the development of customer expectations by determining process operating normality’s and makes process recommendations to improve performance. Key responsibilities: Create then measure Project Schedules and Cost Forecasts across the Portfolio. Report weekly KPI’s (Cost, Schedule and Resource) & Performance Analysis in term of cost control, schedule and forecast accuracy and perform analysis where required. Review cost and schedule estimates against established norms. Create project cost controlling and capitalization structures to efficiently manage the reporting and the capitalization of assets. Manage the monthly forecast cycle, accrual’s and make improvements to increase cashflow accuracy. Review prefunding cost estimates and versus established norms and make appropriate recommendations. Support the Annual target setting for CAPEX and maintenance budgets Key requirements: Degree (preferred) Field of Study Project Management, Business, Accounting, or Finance Required Project Scheduling Issuer PMI or similar Preferred Financial Control Issuer ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIA or similar Advanced Excel knowledge, Experienced SAP user, Project Controls techniques such as (WBS elements, Process Orders, Internal Order etc.). Cost accounting experience. Experience with LEAN thinking particularly LEAN thinking and Root Cause Analysis Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
