The Opportunity:
This scale-up SaaS MarTech is continuing to grow and with this growth, they need an Onboarding Manager to help their valuable clients through the post-sales phase and bridge the gap through to Customer Success.
With a range of marketing automation and insight tools, the solution helps marketing professionals make key, intelligent, data-driven decisions to optimize their performance marketing efforts across a range of channels.
The Onboarding Manager is key in taking the customer from post-sale, managing their effective implementation of the solution(s), and ensuring the setup is done against their key objectives, goals, and requirements before handing the successfully onboarded clients over to Customer Success.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an onboarding or implementation role with a complex SaaS solution.
* Strong time management, problem-solving, and task management skills.
* A strong technical mindset, able to deal with more technical queries and challenges.
* Not afraid to be customer-facing.
* An eye for opportunity. Identify areas of potential client growth within your engagements.
* A drive and desire to achieve, exceed and grow!
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
* The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here!
* Prior experience using Planhat is beneficial.
The Package:
* A base salary of £32k – £40k plus a company profit bonus.
