Overview: Ardeta Search is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established health clinic in South West Sheffield, seeking a friendly and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join their team and seeking someone who can start Immediately. About the Role: As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, youll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. Whether greeting patients, managing appointments, or ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, your contribution will help provide the best possible experience for all who visit the clinic. Key Responsibilities: ? Welcome patients with a friendly and professional approach, helping to create a calm and comfortable atmosphere. ? Answer phone calls, manage enquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently. ? Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. ? Handle payments and assist with any billing-related queries. ? Ensure the reception area and waiting room remain tidy and organised. ? Order necessary supplies and ensure the clinic is well-stocked. ? Provide general administrative support to the clinic team. About You ? Youre a people person who enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment. ? Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. ? Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Comfortable using computers and scheduling software (training can be provided). ? Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage. ? An interest in health and wellness is a bonus Whats on Offer? ? Minimum Wage : £11.44 - £12.21 per hour. ?
