Senior Care Assistant - Bridging team
Salary: £14.00 per hour plus 45p per mile - paid in block from start to finish of each shift including all travel time
Shifts: 8am-2pm, 4pm-10pm. You must be available to work alternate weekends.
This role covers areas including Benfleet, Basildon, Canvey Island, Wickford, Rayleigh, Chelmsford, Maldon, Braintree, and Witham.

* Daytime shifts 8am-2pm, evening shifts 4pm-10pm.
* You will be required to work alternate weekends.
* £14.00 per hour, paid from start to finish of each shift.
* 45p per mile
About the role:
This role is to join our bridging team at Anglian Care. MSE Bridging covers Mid and South East Essex and offers a short term interim service for individuals being discharged from hospital, who are awaiting provision with either reablement or long term domiciliary care. The Bridging Service provides support anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks, while further care is being sourced.
Responsibilities Include:
* Basic risk assessments
* Care plan
* Medication assessments
* Initial top to toe assessment
* Regular feedback and communication with office
* Ability to adapt to flexibility and last minute changes in the day.
We are looking for those that have a level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Training and support:
* Free online training through Social Care TV.
* Free classroom training sessions with our Head of Training and Development.
* Continued shadowing and mentoring by one of our Supervisors.
* Close working relationship with your supervisor and manager if you need support – we have been rated by CQC ‘outstanding for leadership and management’.
