You’ll be involved in assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to safeguard children and support families in need. You will lead and collaborate with your colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of children across the county, working creatively and solution-focused to achieve positive outcomes. Your Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of social workers in safeguarding children and supporting families.Assess, plan, and implement interventions to reduce risks and meet unmet needs.Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to help keep children safe.Support the development of less experienced staff in a social work environment.Use a relational practice approach to engage children and families in meaningful ways.
