It is also ranked Tier 1 in Chambers for Construction in Yorkshire. Our expertise includes construction, operation & maintenance, supply and offtake, both pre and post contract conclusion. The Leeds Projects Team forms part of the firmâs wider, internationally recognised, Projects Team, with significant opportunity for cross-office and cross-jurisdictional work. Work highlights: Advising bp on the Northern Endurance Partnership and Net Zero Teesside Carbon Capture & Storage projects, the first projects of their kind in the UK, which have a combined capex value of over £4bn. Advising Carlton Power on the development, construction, and operation of a pipeline of Green Hydrogen Production projects in the UK, as part of its joint venture with Schroders Greencoat. Advising the Eden Project on the design & construction of its new iconic âEden experienceâ project being developed in Morecambe. Advising EPH on the development of a Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant in Germany, to be one of the worldâs first power plants to be constructed to run on hydrogen. Advising RWE on the development of the Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm and all construction, maintenance and other asset-related issues associated with the subsequent £600m sale of the offshore transmission network Advising Flogas Britain Limited (part of DCC Group) on the development of the UKâs largest LPG storage conversion facility in Avonmouth, and the new infrastructure to connect the facility to Bristol Port. Advising the Science Museum Group on multiple construction projects across the UK, including the major redevelopment of the York Railway Museum.
