We are looking for a MSE Estates Store person to join our team.
You will be a critical support function for managing all stock associated with the Maintenance department in order to provide a technical support service to the Trust across 3 sites: Southend, Basildon, and Broomfield Hospitals.

Main duties of the job
If successful, you will undertake all aspects of the Estates Stores function to include but not limited to:
* Stock Management, including replenishment routines, purchase order generation, receiving and unloading goods, checking and putting away products, and handling returns.
* Maintain MSE Stores goods in a clean, safe, and secure condition before issue to Estates staff.
* Purchasing.
* NHS Frameworks.
* Asset Library.
* Ordering and receipting of goods/equipment.
* Auditing of stock and financial compliance.
* Input or record issues from customer store to wards and departments into stock control digital facilities management system.

Qualifications
* Good level of general education
* Good level of literacy demonstrated through minimal mistakes throughout application
Experience
* Work history and supporting information demonstrates knowledge of Health and Safety
* Experience using web-based systems at work

Salary: £24,625 a year (Per Annum, Pro Rata for Part Time)
