Job Description
* Coordination and management of various HR operations including employee records, leave management, and benefits administration.
* Assist in the roll-out of HR projects and initiatives.
* Provide support in the use of HR systems, particularly Workday.
* Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
* Prepare reports relating to HR metrics.
* Participate in compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
* Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Operations Coordinator - FTC will have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Experience working in HR operations within the financial services sector recently.
* Proficiency in HR systems, especially Workday.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
* Able to be in the office 5 days per week
