Responsibilities
Main duties:
1. Identify prospects and assist current students.
The Role:
1. Provide excellent customer service to new and existing students.
2. Offer students guidance and advice throughout the course enrolment process.
3. Convert prospects into students.
4. Work towards quality-based targets and KPIs.
5. Data inputting for internal reports and accurate student database.
Candidate's Profile
1. Fluent in Arabic (both written and verbally) – Mandatory.
2. Also fluent in French – Ideal.
3. Previous experience in sales or business development – Required.
4. Strong communication and relationship building skills.
5. Driven candidate with a positive attitude.
6. IT literate including CRM.
