Client Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with senior staff members; you will be their first point of contact on any queries and benefit from years of first-hand industry knowledge.
2. Prepare client packs and documents for meetings, ensuring that all client information is up to date prior to meetings and that senior staff are kept informed.
3. Provide clients with updates throughout the process, delivering the highest level of customer service to ensure their satisfaction.
4. Research companies to obtain information on clients prior to meetings.
5. Input client information into systems and act upon tasks quickly and within company guidelines.
6. Scan and upload client information on the in-house company systems.
7. Ensure the clients' details are up to date and fully compliant.
8. Scan and archive files.
9. Any other ad hoc duties such as reception cover.
Client Experience Administrator Skill Requirements:
1. Educated to a degree level.
2. Able to build relationships with ease.
3. Organised and able to work to strict deadlines.
4. Honest, hardworking, and keen to learn.
5. Great attention to detail with high standards.
This is a full-time permanent hybrid position (2 days in office after probation). The office has parking available and is close to a mainline station.
