A leading pharmaceutical client is seeking a Freelance Pharmaceutical Market Researcher. The ideal candidate will have a strong pharmaceutical market research, data analysis, and health economics background. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to support our strategic initiatives and drive decision-making in the pharmaceutical sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to analyze healthcare trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2. Design and implement research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
3. Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical software and other analytical tools.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to support product launches and strategic planning.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may impact market dynamics.
7. Identify opportunities for market growth and recommend strategies to leverage these opportunities.
8. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies based on research insights.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous experience in market research within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
2. Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) is a plus.
