Textron GSE is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be based in The Netherlands, to manage sales mainly in Scandinavia, Western and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities
* Implement plans and strategies to cultivate new business opportunities;
* Continuously monitor intelligence on customers, product/purchasing trends, buying cycles, and socio-economic influences to support GSE sales of the various product lines;
* Develop territories, account lists, and mapping of customers and sales professionals in the GSE sector;
* Work with other segments of the company to align efforts and create efficient processes to improve market penetration in GSE direct space;
* Identify key growth opportunities and prospect target markets for GSE products;
* Travel within assigned territory as required - approximately 50%;
* Collaborate with Sales Operations and Operations to ensure accurate data is available;
* Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered and valued.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business Administration or another related field;
* At least three years experience in business development, covered business partner relationships, or other relevant roles;
* Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office;
* Strong communication and organizational skills;
* Proven track record of achievement of annual sales objectives;
* Must be a self-starter who can work independently, and is driven by goals;
* Must possess a valid drivers license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies;
* GSE/De-icer experience is also advantageous.
