Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to KS2 pupils, ensuring all children are supported to reach their full potential.
2. Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school in line with the school's ethos and national policies.
3. Identify, assess, and support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
4. Create, implement, and review individual education plans (IEPs) and other learning support strategies.
5. Work closely with external agencies, ensuring that the school provides the best possible support for students with SEND.
