The Role:
A hybrid role combining copy excellence and strategic leadership, you'll take the lead across two key areas:
Strategy & Content Development
* Help shape communication and marketing strategies for pharma and biotech clients
* Build insight-driven, omnichannel content plans
* Contribute to creative briefs, tactical plans, proposals and pitches
* Develop standout creative concepts and scientifically robust copy
Team Leadership & Quality Control
* Mentor and support a growing team of writers
* Ensure creative output meets scientific, creative and compliance standards
* Oversee content quality from first draft to final approval
