The Wrexham Social Care Team has some new exciting opportunities across Children Social Care. The team has undergone a phenomenal transformation in care delivery for our children, adults, and families in Wrexham.
We are a progressive employer with a hybrid model supporting work/life balance, pioneering in training and development, and many more benefits.
This post is based in the Business Support Team in Children Social Care. The post-holder will be required to carry out various duties including processing payments, handling petty cash, raising purchase orders, administration of TMS, coordinating and convening conferences, reviews, panels, and meetings, producing high-quality recordings and minute-taking, processing referrals, collating and updating database systems, responding to internal and external queries, and diary management.
While the position is based in the Business Support Team, you may be required to provide support to specific teams and service areas across the department upon request and could be required to work within that team for a period of time to meet service demands.
Essential requirements for the post include excellent administrative, communication, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work using your own initiative. An extensive knowledge of office procedures is essential.
In return, we offer a post within an innovative and dynamic team based in our newly refurbished modern office in Crown Building.
