Customer Services Administrator Job Type: Full-time Location: Chessington (5 days onsite) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Services Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our Sales Managers and the Office Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. Day-to-day of the role: Ensure quality within all administrative functions. Support and assist all Sales Managers with daily tasks. Assist the Office Manager as required. Generate accurate and timely quotations for clients. Assist with all sales invoicing and processing sales orders efficiently. Handle customer phone calls and emails, providing exceptional service. Provide holiday cover for other office department positions, excluding Finance. Manage and coordinate hospital courses and exhibitions. Coordinate bookings for demonstration equipment. Organise loans of table-top microscopes and ensure smooth handling of bookings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a similar customer support or administrative role. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in office software and administrative systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Good health and the physical ability to carry out all duties.
