OFSTED: Good LEA: Wolverhampton The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching English language and literature to students, promoting a love for reading and writing, and helping students develop strong communication skills. The role involves creating a positive learning environment, preparing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress. Key Responsibilities… Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons for students at various grade levels. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Provide extra support to struggling students or offer enrichment opportunities to advanced students. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in teaching up to KS5. Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students To attend Parents Evening and discuss pupils academic progress and future targets.
