An independent financial advisor firm in Harrogate is seeking a skilled financial services administrator to join their team. This is an excellent role for an experienced individual looking to contribute to a professional and supportive environment.
About the Role
As a financial services administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Obtaining quotes and liaising with providers
2. Dealing with clients and maintaining excellent service levels
3. Supporting advisers and paraplanners with administrative tasks
4. Processing and monitoring new business applications
Candidate Requirements
1. At least two years of experience working in an IFA firm
2. Familiarity with Xplan is an advantage
3. Strong communication and organisational skills
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Salary and Benefits
1. Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 (dependent on experience)
2. Full-time preferred, but part-time will be considered
3. Office-based position
4. 27 days' holiday per annum, plus statutory holidays
5. Group pension scheme
6. 2x DIS
